This class offers an introduction to 3D modeling and texturing for game development. Throughout the duration of the course, you will learn all of the tools and navigation needed to create production-quality assets, and will shown how to import them into a game engine.

This class introduces you to more complex materials and texturing methods commonly used in game development. You will learn how to model architecture and create whole environments that will later become important aspects of your portfolio.

This class focuses on importing assets into an actual game engine and composing scenes that will be used in each student's portfolio. We use the Unreal Development Kit (UDK) which is the premier game engine for this generation of game development. Students can expect to learn how to create large outdoor and indoor environments and populate them with assets created in the previous 3D Modeling classes.
